Overview
The Analytics module consolidates all FieldOrchestrator operational data — visits, HCP engagement, route performance, Visit Impact Score attribution, and territory coverage — into a single, queryable intelligence layer. Data is accessible through two complementary interfaces: a structured metrics dashboard for at-a-glance KPI monitoring, and a natural language query interface that allows managers to ask business questions in plain French or English and receive instant quantitative answers.
Dashboard Metrics
The Analytics dashboard provides a real-time summary of the key performance indicators that reflect field force execution quality. Metrics are computed at every data write and displayed without delay.
Visit Count & Compliance Rate
Total completed visits versus planned visits for the selected period, expressed as a compliance percentage. Compliance is computed at territory, team, and national levels simultaneously.
HCP Coverage Rate
Proportion of HCPs in each territory that received at least one visit in the period. Segmented by tier (A/B/C) to highlight coverage gaps in the highest-value segments.
Overdue Tier A HCPs
Count of Tier A HCPs that have not been visited within their configured minimum interval. This is the highest-priority alert metric — directly signals at-risk commercial relationships.
Average Engagement Score
Territory-level average of the Priority Score composite scores across all active HCPs. Trends upward when visit quality, receptivity, and commercial outcomes improve.
Average Visit Impact Score ROI Score
Territory-level average of HCP ROI scores from the Visit Impact Score module. Reflects the aggregate commercial return on visit investment across the territory.
Active Representatives Today
Real-time count of representatives with an active (in-progress) route on the current date. Live check-in status provides managers with instant field force situational awareness.
Natural Language Analytics
The natural language query interface allows managers, directors, and SFE analysts to retrieve quantitative answers from the FieldOrchestrator data layer by writing plain questions — no SQL, no filter configuration, no pivot tables. The AI engine parses the intent of the question, constructs the appropriate query, and returns the result with the underlying data.

Review the answer and supporting data
The system returns a direct quantitative answer together with the underlying data table so you can validate and drill deeper.

The natural language interface is optimized for French and English. All query logs are retained for 90 days and are accessible to administrators for audit and usage analysis.
Analytics Alerts
FieldOrchestrator automatically monitors key metrics and triggers alerts when thresholds are breached. Alerts are visible in the Analytics dashboard and can be configured to send email notifications to managers.
Overdue Tier A HCP Alert
HighTriggered when one or more Tier A HCPs in a territory have exceeded their configured minimum visit interval.
Low Coverage Rate Alert
MediumTriggered when territory HCP coverage drops below the configured threshold (default: 70% for the current month).
Engagement Score Decline Alert
MediumTriggered when the territory average Priority Score engagement score decreases by more than 10 points between weekly recalculation cycles.
Visit Impact Score Score Shift Alert
InformationalTriggered when an individual HCP Visit Impact Score ROI score changes by more than ±20 points between weekly recalculations, signaling a significant commercial momentum shift.
Data Scope & Role Visibility
All analytics data is scoped to the user's role and organizational context. No role can query data outside its authorized scope.
