Overview

Pre-Call AI Intelligence generates a personalized preparation brief for each scheduled HCP visit. The brief synthesizes recent visit history, prescription trends, objection memory, and strategic product focus into a concise, actionable document — available in the representative's preferred language (French or English).

Accessing a Pre-Call Brief

Pre-call briefs are available from both the mobile app and the desktop interface, accessible directly from the HCP profile or the day's route.

Open the HCP profile

From your route's stop list or the HCP directory, tap or click the HCP's name to open their full profile.

Navigate to the Pre-Call Intelligence section

Scroll to the "Pre-Call Intelligence" section within the HCP profile. If a recent brief is available, it will be displayed automatically.

Generate or refresh the brief

If a fresh brief is not yet available, tap "Generate Brief". Results appear within seconds. The brief is generated in your account's configured language.

Brief Structure

Every pre-call brief follows a consistent six-section structure, ensuring representatives receive the same quality of preparation regardless of which HCP they are visiting.

Visit Context

Summary of the last visit: topics discussed, outcomes achieved, and commitments made by both parties.

Prescription Probability

Likelihood of prescription conversion (0–100%), benchmarked against the territory average for this product and specialty.

Recommended Product Focus

Which product(s) to prioritize based on the HCP's prescribing history and current portfolio strategic objectives.

Objection Memory

Objections raised in previous visits, with suggested response frameworks tailored to this HCP's communication profile.

Strategic Actions

Specific recommended actions for this visit, aligned with the current campaign objectives and the HCP's position in the engagement cycle.

Contextual Notes

HCP preferences, communication style observations, relevant local market data, and any notes flagged from previous visits.

Prescription Probability Score

The probability score (0–100%) indicates the likelihood that this visit will result in a new or continued prescription within a 30-day window following the visit. Use it to calibrate your preparation depth and visit objective.

Brief Freshness

Pre-call briefs are kept current through automatic refresh triggers. The platform ensures that the brief you read before a visit reflects the most recent available data.

After a Completed Visit

A brief is automatically regenerated when a new visit for this HCP is completed and synced, incorporating the latest interaction data.

After Sell-Out Data Ingestion

New sell-out data is ingested on a weekly cycle. When updated prescription data arrives, affected briefs are automatically refreshed.

After 7 Days Without Update

If no other trigger has caused a refresh, briefs are automatically regenerated after 7 days to avoid serving stale preparation data.

All briefs display a "Last updated" timestamp so representatives can immediately see how current the brief is.

Brief Quality Feedback

After each visit, representatives are prompted to rate the quality of the pre-call brief they used (1–5 stars) and add optional free-text comments. This feedback is collected from all representatives and used to continuously improve brief accuracy and relevance over time.

How to submit feedback

Navigate to the post-visit screen immediately after check-out. The brief quality rating prompt appears at the top of the screen. Submitting feedback is optional but strongly encouraged.

Language Setting

Brief language follows your account's preferred language setting. Briefs are available in French and English. The language of a brief cannot be changed after generation — you must update your language preference before generating or refreshing a brief.

To change your brief language

Settings → Profile → Language → select French or English → Save. Changes apply to all future briefs.
