Who uses this module

administrators

What users can do

  • Monitor admin pressure across review queues, support context, and rollout health.
  • Open user-access, onboarding, integration, and subscription workflows from one entry point.
  • Inspect operator or team profile context when support and governance work intersects with a named user.

Access and approval limits

  • Admin Center requires tenant-admin permissions; manager views do not automatically inherit it.
  • Each subpage still enforces its own access lane such as user management or subscription controls.
  • Organization scope stays explicit when enterprise-wide administrators supervise more than one country.

Key workflows

These workflows describe how the visible customer workspace is intended to be used.

Launch a governed onboarding review

Use the onboarding subpage to review import readiness and phase health before activating data flows.

  1. 1Open Admin Center and select the onboarding lane.
  2. 2Review phase health, mapping readiness, and import blockers.
  3. 3Escalate unresolved connector or licensing blockers to the matching admin lane.

Inspect a user or team profile

Open user access or team profiles to understand coverage, history, and assigned organization scope.

  1. 1Go to User Access or Team Profiles from Admin Center.
  2. 2Filter by organization and select the user or operator profile.
  3. 3Use the surfaced continuity or history context before changing access.
