  • Open supported help references without mixing them into personal preferences.
  • Check scheduled or missing configuration tasks before rollout or support work.

Access and approval limits

  • Settings changes require the dedicated organization-settings permission.
  • Profile-level language and interface choices stay in My Account, not here.
  • Some configuration areas can remain read-only when the current license or rollout stage does not permit edits.

Troubleshooting

You can open settings but cannot edit a field.

  • Confirm the field belongs to organization configuration and not to your personal profile.
  • Review whether the current scope and permission bundle allow editing.

Contact a tenant administrator and provide the exact field label plus the current organization.
