What users can do

  • Review approved templates and assets before using them.
  • Monitor send history, session telemetry, and blocked-delivery reasons.
  • Coordinate execution and review from one lane instead of switching tools.

Access and approval limits

  • Role mode changes what you can see: rep execution, manager coaching, or admin governance.
  • Consent and audience restrictions can block sends even when assets are visible.
  • Approval and retirement state on templates and assets still governs downstream use.

Key workflows

These workflows describe how the visible customer workspace is intended to be used.

Review send readiness

Check whether the right template, audience, and consent posture are present before sending.

  1. 1Open Engagement and select the asset, template, or send queue.
  2. 2Review approval state, audience restrictions, and any block reasons.
  3. 3Proceed with the governed send or route the issue to compliance or medical.

Core concepts

Governed engagement asset

Assets stay usable only when their review state, audience, and compliance posture allow it.

Troubleshooting

A send is blocked.

  • Review the block reason shown on the send record.
  • Check consent state, audience restrictions, and template approval state.

Escalate with the send ID and visible block reason if you cannot clear the preconditions.
