Manage coverage handoff

Use the continuity console to coordinate substitute coverage, route support, or delegated approval support.

  1. 1Open the Availability & Continuity console from the planning family.
  2. 2Review the active coverage or delegation records for the selected organization.
  3. 3Create, update, or retire the handoff under the governed workflow.

Troubleshooting

A forecast cannot move forward.

  • Review risk reasons, blocker labels, and route-coverage posture.
