Find the right HCP record

Use filters and coverage context to locate the right professional before planning or engagement work.

  2. 2Open the detail view to verify identity, notes, and recent context.
  3. 3Continue to routes, agenda, orders, or engagement from the related links.

Run a controlled import

Use the import wizard when new or corrected HCP records must be staged under review.

  1. 1Open Import HCPs from the directory workspace.
  2. 2Stage the file, review mapping or validation feedback, and correct errors.
  3. 3Complete the governed import only after the staged dataset is ready.

Troubleshooting

The wrong HCP appears in the directory results.

  • Confirm the current organization scope and directory filters.
  • Open the detail card to verify notes, institution, and assignment context.

If a source-data mismatch remains, send the HCP identifier and organization to the admin or import owner.
