What users can do

  • Review the day's visits and sequence from a calendar perspective.
  • Open linked HCP, route, or follow-up context from each scheduled item.
  • Validate that planned work and route execution stay aligned.

Access and approval limits

  • Agenda reflects assigned or visible scope; it does not replace route approval lanes.
  • Edits and approvals still occur in the source modules such as Routes or Planning.
  • Managers can review broader team context; reps stay limited to their granted scope.

Key workflows

These workflows describe how the visible customer workspace is intended to be used.

Check the day before departure

Use Agenda to confirm that the approved route and the day's commitments still match.

  1. 1Open Agenda for the active day.
  2. 2Review timing, visit windows, and linked route context.
  3. 3If timing conflicts exist, reopen the related route or planning workflow.

Core concepts

Calendar-first execution

Agenda shows when work happens; route planning decides the approved travel and stop sequence.

Troubleshooting

A visit appears in routes but not in agenda.

  • Refresh the active day and confirm the visit date matches the selected agenda view.
  • Check whether the route is still draft or waiting for approval.

Escalate with the route date, representative, and organization if the mismatch remains after refresh.
